The focus of Green Tower Kunshan is Finnish and other Nordic cleantech firms. GTKC aims to join the best in their fields in green technology to a single location. Final amount of cleantech companies in Kunshan will be between 200-300 companies. Green Tower Kunshan caters both for mid size cleantech companies and the greentech divisions of larger companies.
Green Tower Kunshan lowers the entry barrier for early- and growth stage cleantech companies to enter Chinese markets by utilizing proven value networks, processes and competencies with competitive costs.
Green Tower Kunshan totaling 260.000 square meters when fully constructed is offering a high-quality environment with close proximity to Shanghai City. Limited office space is already now available. An additional office block will be ready in June 2012, followed by an office tower planned to be completed late 2013. These will be followed by industrial and residential buildings.
